The inaugural RHE Honors will provide an opportunity for RHE and its partners to publicly celebrate young people who are demonstrating determination, achievement, and commitment to their future.

The event will recognize four scholarship recipients.
Two City of Rockville Scholarships
Two scholarships will be awarded to qualifying RHE residents who are low-income, reside within the City of Rockville, and
are pursuing continued education, training, or other qualifying educational opportunities.

These scholarships represent an investment in the educational advancement of residents and demonstrate the importance of creating pathways from housing stability to economic opportunity.
Two YouthBuild Scholarships

Two additional scholarships will be awardedto YouthBuild graduates who:
Reside anywhere within Montgomery County and have committed to continued education, workforce development, or career
advancement.
Together, the four scholarships will demonstrate what is possible when young people
are given access to opportunity and supported in reaching their goals.
