Rockville Housing Enterprises is a federally funded entity that provides housing for low-income residents. Even though we receive federal funding, we recognized a gap in need that prevented our residents from achieving self-sufficiency. RHE recognizes the need to provide more supportive services to our residents. In 2023, RHE launched the RHE Foundation, a new 501(c)(3) non-profit subsidiary of Rockville Housing Enterprises dedicated to raising money to fund resident-oriented initiatives.
